We service most major brands of pinball machines, including Bally, Gottlieb, Williams, Data East, Sega, and Stern.  Machines can either be electromechanical (pre-1977 in most cases) or solid state (digital).  The current service rate is $50.00 per hour for the first hour.  For a service call, we bill a minimum of 1 hour.  Additional time will be billed at a rate of $12.50 per quarter hour.  Our rate includes labor and travel time to your location.  Parts are billed at an additional charge.  We have most common parts in our inventory.  However, some less common items would have to be ordered, provided they're still available.

If you wish to bring your machine to our shop, that is also an option.  If major work is necessary, you may drop off the machine, or we can pick it up for you.  Our pick up service is available for a small variable fee, depending on location, and only applicable to games located on the ground level floor of your location.

All work performed by us is warranted for a period of 30 days.  The warranty only applies directly to work that was performed, and not unrelated issues that may arise.  Cosmetic parts, such as plastics, decals, etc. are not covered under this warranty.  Equally, commodity parts, such as rubbers and bulbs are not warranted.
